Returns and Refunds

We offer a straight forward returns and refund policy to customers who are not entirely happy with any item purchased from the Sky Sports DVD Shop. Provided the product is returned to us in an unused condition with all packaging and seals intact, we will refund within 30 days the total price originally paid. Please note that we will not cover the cost of returning goods to us.

Cancelling Your Order

Once an order is placed there is a 7 day cooling off period during which the order can be cancelled. If the item has yet to be despatched then we will simply cancel the order. In the event that the item has already been despatched then it must be retuned to us with all the original packaging intact before a refund is issued.

In the unlikely even that you find a fault with any item purchased from the Sky Sports DVD Shop we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. In both cases the faulty item must be returned to us, for which we will refund any costs incurred.

If, within 30 days of receipt of your order, you realise that we have sent you the wrong goods, we will then offer either a replacement or full refund (within 30 days). In either case we will request for the goods to be returned to us for which we will refund the costs incurred.

Email Our Distribution Centre

If you need to return an item, simply email our distribution centre prior to returning the product, quoting your order reference number and the reason for making the return and we will supply you with the appropriate returns procedure.
